1. You have not organized. An emergency monetary fund is your own personal insurance policy against lifes challenging knocks.
2. You invest in matters you dont visualize. Financial literacy is all-important . If you dont visualize how an investment operates, you can not possibly establish street smart decisions about it. Spending an hour or two exploring can make a great difference.
3. You endeavour to create a quick buck. Get rich quick thinking manifests itself in all sorts of ways. Each time you buy a lottery ticket, every time you interpret the latest book about getting rich in real estate, you are attempting to take a shortcut that does not exist.
4. You have no goals. They are primary. Without financial goals, you are travelling life without a map.
5. You care what people suppose. Its not a contest. Who cares if your closest friend just bought a 100 ft racing yacht ? What does it matter if your neighbour dresses in couture clothes?
6. You are financially panic-stricken. A savings account is not an investment. To make a proper value of return, you must be ready to take some risk.
7. You trust on others to take care of your money. Most individuals desire to make money themselves, and this is their basic objective when they tell you how to invest your money. My advice is to modernise yourself so that you can make your own financial decisions.
8. You are not patient. Before the epoch of credit cards, it was tough to spend more than you had. This is not the way it is in todays society. We have also come to love the aspiration of quick riches. But, if you have patience & diligence, you can receive wealth.
9. You have bad habits. Everyone knows that certain vices such as drinking, smoking, gambling, & even sex addicts have far more than just immediate financial costs. There are long term costs as well.
10. You neglect your finances. There are numerous people are so submerged by their financial state of affairs that they just ignore it. Brushing Aside bills doesnt make them go away. Take charge of your own money.
